Life is too short. I have a huge list of lots of things I want to do and learn. So, I'm starting a little series of some of those mini dreams I have. Kind of like a bucket list for myself. These are things I actually intend to do and some tools I will acquire over time. I'm going to make my dreams come true, and I hope you will too!
I always loved baking. I've baked just simple stuff like this blueberry pie and strawberry and white chocolate muffins using less than mediocre baking tools. I dream that one day I'll have operate a bakery out of my kitchen with all the right tools to bake amazing treats for friends and dinner parties. Here are some of the tools I'd really love to have in my home bakery:
